A gap assessment does not grant certification and does not guarantee a result; the accredited certification body conducts the certification audit and issues the certificate.

How long does ISO 9001 certification take?
Timing depends on scope, site count, system maturity, corrective actions and the certification body’s availability. An assessment and a certification audit are separate engagements.
Do you design our management system for us?
No. We conduct an independent third-party gap assessment and verification of your existing system. Designing and maintaining the management system remains your responsibility; we identify the conformity gaps and the route to close them.
Do you grant ISO 9001 certification?
No. Certification is granted by an accredited certification body. We conduct the independent gap assessment that precedes it; we do not issue certificates, conduct the certification audit, or guarantee a certification outcome.
